Application Research Of 8S Management In ZB Company

With the rapid development of global economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and the problem of low management level is gradually exposed.Based on this,managers actively introduce advanced management concepts,establish on-site management system,in order to improve the level of enterprise management and market competitiveness.Among them,8S management is the priority among priorities of the management system.As a warehouse logistics enterprise,ZB's warehouse management directly affects its core competitiveness.Therefore,the implementation of 8S management to improve the level of warehouse management has become one of the urgent problems to be solved by ZB company.This paper first deeply analyzes the background and significance of the subject research,which reflects the necessity of implementing 8S management in enterprise competition;In addition,it describes the specific contents to be implemented and the methods to be adopted,which reflects the feasibility of 8S management theory in enterprise competition.Then,through a detailed introduction to the basic theory of 8S field management,it shows the maturity of 8S field management theory in practical application.Finally,This paper analyzes the status quo of ZB company's warehousing site management,finds out the problems and causes,applies the 8S management theory,implements the implementation in ZB company's actual warehousing management,and summarizes the effects and problems of ZB's implementation of 8S management.The countermeasures for solving the problem are put forward,which provides a valuable reference for the company to further implement 8S management,thus improving the overall management level of the company.
