Nowadays,there are many problems in QWD company,such as highly turnover rate,low employee satisfaction,imperfect management and low efficiency.And these problems already become the key problem which affect the good development of QWD company.There are some reasons about these problems,such as,the petrochemical industry in China is in the critical stage of the comprehensive transition,and the industry is developing at a steady pace,but the main reason is that QWD company has not a suitable performance appraisal system.This paper takes QWD company performance appraisal system as the research object.Firstly,according to the performance appraisal related theory,carry an investigation and analyse the problems about the present performance appraisal system,and get some conclusion,such as,staff have not a clear recognizance about the performance appraisal,communication are limited between the superior and subordinate during the appraisal process,the performance appraisal index is designed randomness,the result of performance appraisal have not enough incentive function.Secondly,by the theory and method of performance management,QWD company optimized its appraisal system from the evaluation index,weight distribution,process evaluation and feedback,application of the result,and so on.Through the above research,QWD company forms a suitable performance management system,which plays an important role in expanding competitive advantage,promoting the healthy and rapid development of enterprises.It also can provide the model and the reference for the correlation enterprise's human resources management.
