In today's globalized business economy and knowledge network,new scientific and technological revolutions and industrial changes are rapidly emerging.The technological competition among industries in various countries is gradually transformed into the competition of intellectual property rights based on patents.It is the key to enterprise value creation to develop and maintain the strategic advantage of enterprises in patent technology competition.The importance of patent strategy is becoming increasingly prominent.The main goal of some companies to implement a patent strategy is to pursue strategic value and build a monopolistic competitive advantage in the market.Dairy products are closely related to our daily lives,It is of great significance to the health of our people and the national economy and people's livelihood.However,the overall innovation capability of dairy companies in China is insufficient.Many dairy companies are relatively weak in patent management and protection.They do not pay enough attention to patent strategies and cannot yet effectively meet the needs of China's economic development and growth.This study selects domestic and foreign dairy companies as examples.First,it uses the patent information analysis method to conduct preliminary and comprehensive information mining on the development overview of dairy companies' patent strategy and the competition situation of patent technology,and analyzes and compares the characteristics and differences between its patent behavior and patent strategy.Sex.Secondly,through exploratory case analysis and rooted theory to explore the value creation mechanism model of dairy patent strategy,analyze how dairy companies can use patent strategy to better improve corporate performance.Finally,it proposes countermeasures for the patent strategy management practices of dairy companies in China,helping dairy companies to clarify the positioning and formulation of their own internal patent strategies,so as to better and faster improve their economic benefits and international competitiveness.The conclusion of the study shows that the number,strength,and strategic recombination of patent strategies for dairy companies affect the integrity of the chain of patent activities,operational effectiveness,and regulatory norms,and ultimately affect corporate performance.At the same time,the degree of matching between patent strategy and patent activity plays a regulatory role in this mechanism.Therefore,when formulating a patent strategy,companies need to take into account multiple factors to ensure that the patent strategy is scientific and reasonable,and then promote the improvement of corporate performance.China's dairy companies should adopt different patent strategies according to the different competitive environment situations in the domestic and foreign markets,and adopt different patent strategy layouts according to the development characteristics of the domestic and foreign markets,and also take special guarantees for the characteristics of domestic and foreign patent strategies.Measures and comprehensively consider the domestic and foreign market environment to ensure the effective implementation of corporate patent strategies.
