Study On The Boutique Creation Ofcountry-specific Homestays Under The Background Of Pingtan International Tourism Island

As a derivative of tourism and agriculture,the homestay is a representative of the integration of the three industries.It has developed rapidly in the comprehensive international tourist island of Pingtan in the past three years,which not only brought popularity to the tourist island of Pingtan,but also increased the income of local residents.However,at present,the development of rural homestays in Pingtan International Tourism Island is still in its infancy,and there are still some problems while achieving rapid development.This article comprehensively grasps the current status and achievements of the economic development of rural special guesthouses in Pingtan International Tourism Island,and analyzes the prominent problems in the economic development of international tourist islands.This paper analyzes the prospects for the development of the B & B economy in Pingtan from the aspects of consumer demand,investment demand,and public demand in the B & B economy.It involves the consumption demand of tourists,investment conditions,and the benefits of the indigenous people.Aiming at the existing problems and development prospects,the countermeasures for the economic development of B & B in Pingtan were put forward.This study can provide targeted suggestions for the development of the rural homestay economy in Pingtan,and contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the local homestay economy.This study found that there are more than 120 homestays in the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area,which are mainly distributed in more than 10 villages on the island.In 2019,it received a total of 3million tourists and continued to grow.According to their functions and characteristics,Pingtan Tourist Homestay is mainly divided into three types: farmhouse,boutique homestay,and family hotel / inn.The business model can be divided into family independent operation and lease operation.Pingtan Tourism Homestay has rich tourism natural resources,deep human resources,unique architectural style and other characteristics.The problems in the development of Pingtan'scharacteristic tourism homestays include inadequate village infrastructure,strong seasonality of the homestay,lack of operating talents,the need to improve the quality of the homestay,insufficient publicity and promotion,and difficulty in introducing external investment.An analysis of the consumer demand,investment demand,and public demand of the B & B economy found that the B & B economy in Pingtan has a bright future and can promote local economic and social development.Based on the economic development experience of domestic guesthouses in Taiwan,Wuyuan,Moganshan and other regions,the author puts forward countermeasures for the economic development of rural special guesthouses in Pingtan area.One is to improve infrastructure services and enhance service awareness;the other is tandem tourism.Routes to promote the development of the tourism industry;the third is to speed up the construction of talent teams and improve the level of management and management;the fourth is to strengthen publicity and marketing methods to enhance the popularity of Pingtan B & B;the fifth is to improve the quality of B & B development.
