With the continuous improvement of science and technology level and the enhance of national medical policy reform,the medical device industry has gradually grown from a single product to a variety of intelligent products with rich functions,which has enriched China's medical product series.However,because of the limitations of R&D conditions,most small and medium-sized medical device companies mainly rely on imitation,mainly producing low-end products,lacking certain innovation and lacking international competitiveness.At the same time,the demand for medical device products in the domestic market is increasing,and more and more individuals and enterprises are beginning to enter into the medical device industry.This makes the competition between medical device companies,especially small and medium-sized medical device companies,increasingly fierce.As the core department of small and medium-sized medical device companies,the R&D department is the main body of the company's technological innovation and bears the important task of implementing the company's product strategy,which is a key factor affecting the competitiveness of the company.The execution level of the R&D team is directly related to the company's development speed.However,most small and medium-sized medical device companies do not have a large amount of funds for R&D activities due to their small size,weak profitability,and difficulty in financing.As a result,the R&D team has invested less in talent recruitment,skill training,management tools,etc.,resulting in the lack of scientific and systematic working methods for the R&D team of SMEs,lack of perfect process systems,lack of effective incentives,and lack of team culture.These severely affected the enthusiasm of the employees of the R&D team,which directly caused the lack of execution power of the R&D team and affected the company's strategic implementation and competitiveness.This article explores and studies the factors that affect the execution ability of the KL medical device company's R&D team.Taking the KL medical device company's R&D team as an example,the use of execution theory,target management theory,collaboration theory and G-PDCA cycle theory,using literature research,Comprehensive analysis and investigations and other methods are carried out to study the factors affecting the execution ability of the R&D team,and combined with their years of work experience to build a model to improve the execution ability of the R&D team.The paper first introduces the research background and leads to research problems;then from the current status of the R&D team and the existing problems in execution,combined with the relevant theoretical basis,analyzed the research literature on the improvement of team execution at home and abroad,through the data of the KL company R&D team Analysis,combined with the author's many years of work experience,proposed that the main factors that affect the execution ability of the R&D team are lack of target management,poor team communication,imperfect process systems,unsound assessment and incentive mechanisms,and insufficient attention to team culture construction;the paper finally passed the five Various factors were analyzed,researched,and summarized,and finally a set of promotion system for improving the execution ability of KL's R&D team was constructed.It is also hoped that on this basis,an execution improvement system suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise R&D teams will be built.The innovation of this article is based on the research object of the R&D team of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is analyzed and summarized from the elements of target management,team communication,process system,assessment incentives and team culture that affect team execution.Study the positive influence process of the above factors on team execution after team members work,and build a model for improving execution.
