Human resource management outsourcing is one of the important trends in the development of modern human resources.Since the 1880 s,human resource management outsourcing has begun to rise in China and has flourished in recent years.While striving to improve their competitiveness,Chinese companies are paying more and more attention to the professional services that the outsourcing service providers can provide,which the company does not have.Especially for knowledge-intensive small and medium-sized enterprises,human resource management outsourcing can not only solve the shortage of personnel currently faced by enterprises,but also provide more professional human resources services for enterprises,which is conducive to the improvement of the overall management level of human resources and the performance of the entire enterprise,and ultimately help the enterprises achieve the role of enhancing core competitiveness.DZ Company is a state-owned equity investment company.It is characterized by a small organization and a simple organizational structure.However,the quality of personnel is extremely high.More than half of the company's employees are masters or above in well-known institutions at home and abroad,with an average of 10 years' working.experience.Since 2018,due to the global economic downturn,the equity investment sector has been hit hard,and DZ Company is no exception.The net profit in 2018 of DZ Company has fallen by more than half compared with 2017.Due to regulatory requirements,DZ Company's parent company group began to return to the main responsibility and began to clean up and rectify its organizations.DZ Company must have their own position in the group,or they might finally be cleaned up.Therefore,actively responding to the requirements of the group's return to the main business,DZ Company has started the business model transformation of “equity investment + non-performing assets” since the beginning of 2019.During the transition period,the existing talent team has suffered a lot,and a large number of business backbones have been lost.The company is facing a blood transfusion.On the one hand,the budget is limited,on the one hand,the level of specialization is required to be improved.How to use limited human resources to maximize the benefits for the company has become a problem that DZ Company has to think about right away.Outsourcing is an effective means to solve the current problems in human resource management of DZ Company.Based on the theories of human resource management outsourcing,this paper analyzes the problems in the human resource management of DZ Company's business transformation period and the causes.DZ Company can use the outsourcing method to carry out some human resources work,in order to solve the current problems.The analysis and conclusions of this paper are operational for DZ company's management practice,and can also be used for reference in the implementation of human resource management outsourcing in similar equity investment companies.This article includes 8 figures,8 tables,and 48 reference articles.
