The third party inspection and certification enterprise is the important part of national quality foundation and the important fundamental way of modern national quality management. Under the China’s economy new normal period, the industrial structure fully speed up the upgrading, there is a huge space for traditional industrial transformation and upgrading and fast industrialization and urbanization, and a rapid-growing domestic market demand, bringing tremendous quality service requirements.and therefore the significance of quality safety is more and more highlighted. Opportunities do come, however, due to backslide of macro economy, increasingly fierce intra-industry competition, and inside shortcomings of the enterprise, various challenges are out there for enterprises to handle.Through the analysis of the third party inspection and competitiveness theory, the SWOT analysis of the competitive environment of China Certification & Inspection Group Liaoning Co., Ltd., considering the development situation of the third party inspection and certification industry in Liaoning province, and the discriminatory analysis of competitiveness-related factors based on Porter’s Five Forces Model, this paper established the competitiveness evaluation index system of the third party inspection and certification industry. Plus, it used evaluation system to compare the advantages and disadvantages between China Certification & Inspection Group Liaoning Co., Ltd. and its major competitors, aiming to help enterprises know their competitiveness accurately and objectively, strengthen and use their good points as well as avoid and reduce their shortcomings, and therefore make great progress.
