Since the development of e-commerce,it has stepped towards the development of specialization step by step.Due to the rapid update of the Internet industry,more and more people are accustomed to surfing the Internet.Therefore,developing and deepening e-commerce from a professional perspective will become the economic development of China.Key factor.Judging from the professional characteristics of other industries and the nature of the e-commerce field itself,the development of e-commerce in the pharmaceutical industry is already in full swing.Nowadays,although the country pays more and more attention to the development of medical industry,our medical industry and e-commerce still need to gradually blend in.At present,China's traditional pharmaceutical companies are still facing the current situation of backward management system,single business model,and high-quality talent loss.As pharmaceutical companies and Internet companies have entered the pharmaceutical e-commerce market in succession,there is a great need for the transformation of pharmaceutical business into e-commerce marketing and transaction channels.First,based on the current status of domestic pharmaceutical e-commerce research,this study elaborated on e-commerce theories and concepts,and conducted an in-depth analysis of the development status of China's traditional pharmaceutical industry represented by TSL and its possible future development direction,combined with interviews and Analyze foreign cases to explain the successful model of pharmaceutical e-commerce,and propose how to integrate with enterprise resources for innovation to achieve success.Secondly,this article starts from the general environment of the development of the traditional pharmaceutical industry,analyzes the development status and dilemma of TSL pharmaceutical companies,expounds the current status and dilemmas faced by pharmaceutical companies represented by the TSL pharmaceutical industry,and clarifies that TSL companies choose e-commerce The reason for the transformation is to find the entry point of strategic transformation according to the reasons behind it.The analysis of internal and external factors and the SWOT analysis method analyzed the various factors faced by the company in the process of transition to e-commerce marketing and transaction channels,and objectively discussed the favorable conditions and challenges of the company's e-commerce strategic transformation and development.Through the study of this strategy of TSL,we have found a more suitable path for the development of e-commerce in the pharmaceutical industry.Aiming at TSL's future company positioning,it proposes the implementation path of transformation from the direction of brand management,human resources and product services,and proposes specific implementation strategies.This research is based on the current status of domestic pharmaceutical e-commerce research,elaborating on the theory and concept of e-commerce,and in-depth analysis of the development status of China's traditional pharmaceutical industry and its impact on possible future development directions,while combining interviews and analysis of foreign cases to elaborate pharmaceutical electronics The business success model proposes how to integrate with enterprise resources to innovate to achieve success.Finally,combined with the specific strategy of e-commerce transformation of TSL Pharmaceutical Group,it provides theoretical reference and related suggestions for e-commerce transformation of traditional pharmaceutical companies,which is conducive to accelerating the company's e-commerce development planning and business model transformation strategy.
