As the new round of technological revolution arises, the E-Commerce with its many advantages, borderless, openness, high-efficiency, cost effective, has infiltrate all areas of production circulation and consumption. The development of E-Commerce and its following business model innovation and organization structure innovation have greatly enhanced the economic efficiency and have become an economic hot spot and a fast growing sector.In this paper, after analyzing the process of how E-Commerce was applied in manufacturing industry in other countries and how they established industry standard and credit system, the author concludes that Chinese manufacturing industry needs to combine the information technology and its actual industry situation together to figure out solutions to solve practical problems.Steel industry has been playing a fundamental role in China in recent 30 years, and now it is facing challenges from weak market position, environment requirement, and upgrading, etc. Combining the automation and information technology, a great number of steel companies have begun to solve manufacturing problem with internet-related solutions. By studying the services and their status of the domestic existing E-business platforms in iron industry, the author expresses that in the future, the key is supply chain, which means companies taking advantage of supply chain integration will achieve great increases in efficiency and gain tremendous competitive edge over their competitors.In this paper, taking Tianjing Rockchek Steel Group Co., Ltd for example, using SWOT analysis and value chain theory, the author discusses both its advantages and disadvantages. Based on the real problems that the company faces, the author illustrates how to fulfill the same demand from manufacturing companies, consuming companies, trade companies and finance capital, and also provides options that help companies to complete transformation and upgrading. By studying Rockcheck Group’s practice in E-Business, the author elaborates the positive impact that new business model has caused on marketing, production, management and capital management.At last, based on Rockcheck Group’sE-business practice, the author provided E-Business platform optimization plan and implementation plan. The author also discusses how to utilize internet and technology to improve services, to enhance cost efficiency and capacity and to promote company`s sustainability. Focusing on marketing cycle is essential, while figuring innovative joint procurement and new procurement management model are more important.
