Non-large pharmaceutical companies are the major component of the domestic pharmaceutical industry,and their development can be regarded as the decisive factor of the development speed and scale of the entire pharmaceutical industry.At present,the domestic pharmaceutical market environment can be described as changing with each passing day.The government is also constantly adjusting its pharmaceutical management policies,resulting in many non-large pharmaceutical companies facing different development difficulties.To this end,non-large pharmaceutical companies are actively managing corporate strategies and gradually focus on the key role of strategic transformation.This article takes A Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as an example analysis object to study the actual situation of its strategic development,based on the research on the theory related to strategic transformation at home and abroad,that is,the research on its connotation and influencing factors,based on the actual situation of enterprise commodity,production and sales,such as market,social environment and policy changes.Although in recent years,the company has adjusted the corresponding development plan according to its own development reality and complex market environment,such as improving production process,enriching product categories,building marketing network,etc.,it has not greatly improved the development status,and operating performance is still declining.The reason for this is related to the inconsistency between product positioning,marketing strategy,marketing channels and environmental changes that still exist in the strategic establishment and management stage of enterprises.In a sense,the existence of such problems has affected the objective rationality of the establishment of enterprise strategy,and also hindered the implementation of enterprise strategy.Based on the actual situation of enterprises and the industrial environment and policy environment,in view of the existing problems,this paper establishes the overall framework of strategic transformation,i.e.compressing development strategy,and strategic transformation plan of internal and external integration and cooperation based on optimizing product structure,reconstructing sales system and improving production system.In addition,should put forward corresponding safeguard schemes based on new product development and upgrading of existing product technology,improving financial management,changing the concept of enterprise staff and promoting information construction,thus providing strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of such strategies,and playing an overall role in promoting the strategic transformation of enterprises.
