Research Of Refinery Production Planning Optimization

The production plan of refinery is the main basis for the production and management,including crude purchase plan,monthly production plan,production plan implementation,production plan evaluation,etc.Production plan optimization is the whole process of production plan from the perspective of the company's overall situation,which is of great importance to improving the production efficiency of refinery,enhancing the profitability and the competitiveness of refinery.This paper mainly studies the production plan optimization of refinery,and puts forward the improvement methods and measures of production plan optimization.By describing the basic situation and production plan of A refining and chemical company,the problems are analyzed and the development direction is pointed out.Firstly,this paper proposes the optimization method of production plan,and establishes the mechanism model of each refinery unit and the process model of the whole refinery.Upgrades the linear program model,and formulates the production plan with the upgraded linear program model as the main method,the whole plant process simulation method as the auxiliary method,and the expert experience review method.Secondly,the optimization method of production plan management is proposed.On the premise of fully considering the change of market supply and demand with the actual yield change,the plan model is adopted to select the crude suitable for A refining and chemical company to establish the daily balance of the whole refinery,establish the data feedback mechanism,establish the optimization system and establish the evaluation standard of optimization scheme.In the operation of A refining and chemical company,based on the above improved plan,optimization techniques and management optimization methods were formulated.And good application results were obtained.The actual optimization case proves that the above optimization method can reduce the crude cost,reduce the error between the plan and the actual production data,make all departments of the company coordinate the work,improve the technical level of the optimization personnel,optimize the refinery production process and product structure,and timely respond to the changes in market supply and demand.
