China’s amorphous/nanocrystalline industry is in the initial stage of extensive development at present.Most of the enterprises are small in scale,and weak in technological innovation,lacking of core competitiveness.Products tend to be the same,and competition means are mainly low-price competition.Amorphous/nanocrystalline products are different from general products.Their marketing targets are specific customer groups,and they often involve professional technologies.Such characteristics make their marketing methods and marketing strategies quite different from general products.As the manufacturer of amorphous/nanocrystalline products,it is necessary to recognize the difference between such products and general products,adjust the corresponding marketing strategies in time according to the market environment,and improve and perfect the enterprise’s marketing system gradually,all of which are to provide strong support for the development of enterprises.This thesis takes the marketing strategy of A nano metal manufacturing company as the research object.Firstly,relevant marketing theories and domestic and foreign research literature are sorted out.Secondly,the macro and micro environment of the company is analyzed in detail.Meanwhile,the internal and external competitive environment is analyzed by using the SWOT framework.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company are elaborated and analyzed.Thirdly,this thesis analyzes the marketing problems existing in the current operation of the company according to the company’s marketing situation.Finally,market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning are made for the competitive market of A nano-metal manufacturing company.And the existing marketing strategy combination is optimized,then suggestions for improvement are put forward,through the comprehensive application of STP,4P and other marketing theory knowledge,combining A nano metal manufacturing company’s own situation and internal and external environment.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new marketing strategy,the thesis also provides the corresponding strategy implementation measures.This thesis combines marketing theory with practice.The improvement of marketing strategy can not only improve the marketing level of A nano metal manufacturing company,but also provide reference for other companies in this industry to formulate their marketing strategies.
