The Study Of Nanocrystalline Solar Cell Technology Roadmap And The Industrialization Mode Of Hebei Province

Due to the growing depletion of traditional energy sources and the increasingly serious environmental pollution,people begin to pay attention to the solar cell industry,especially in the nanocrystalline photovoltaic cells,who has attracted wide attention in the new energy industry at home and abroad for the characteristics of high conversion efficiency,simple preparation process,rigidity,flexibility being printable,being colorful and so on.At present,nanocrystalline photovoltaic cells has not been industrialized,in order to seize market,the domestic and international researchers are actively committed to the research and development of the nanocrystalline photovoltaic cells,and achieved some research results.Hebei Province,as an important silicon based solar cell base,is also active in the research of nanocrystalline photovoltaic cells.However,compared with the foreign countries and other domestic provinces,the basic research and industry research of Hebei Province are relatively backward.In order to promote the development of Hebei's industrial technology road-map and accelerate its industrialization process,this article will apply a visual planning tool-Industrial technology roadmap-to nanocrystalline photovoltaic cells and further research and analysis its technology industry mode.In the paper,prescriptive paradigm has been adopted to research the technology roadmap and industrialization patterns in Hebei.First of all,based on the surveys and studies in market demand and industrial targets under its current development,this article has proposed the industrialization pattern,which points out the direction for the development of nanocrystalline photovoltaic cells.And then based on the research of the development mode,R & D major body,industrial organization mode,fund raising mode,government role and the application,this article presents the technology industrialization mode,which provides a theoretical basis for industrial development and speeds up the industrialization process.In addition,this paper put forward some policy suggestions on strengthening industrialization mode,strengthening international cooperation and domestic cooperation,strengthening the supporting work of technology roadmap,et al,which makes important guiding significance to the poliy making for Hebei about nanocrystalline photovoltaic cells 'development.
