The Research On The Development Strategy Of Y Company In Tajikistan Under The Background Of "the Belt And Road"

Based on the background of "The Belt and Road" initiative,this paper takes Y company's status and business environment in Tajikistan as the research's object,and takes How to formulate the development strategy to get rid of the current business dilemma as the research's question.With the help of internal environmental analysis,PEST analysis and Porter's five forces competition model,this paper analyzes the status of internal and external environment of enterprises and finds out the key factors.With the help of SWOT analysis,this paper finds alternative development strategies.With the help of IFE matrix,EFE matrix and QSPM tools,the paper chose the reverse type development strategy for Y company.This paper makes the targeted research on the development strategy of Y company from the aspects of analysis,formulation,selection,implementation and guarantee.First of all,by combing the internal and external business environment,this paper finds that the enterprise mainly has problems such as imperfect organizational structure,imperfect corporate culture,weak technological innovation ability,changeable policy of Tajikistan,difference in operation culture,and complex competitive market environment.Based on China and Tajikistan attach the importance to agriculture and the the superior group' support,this company has good development opportunities.The second,using the knowledge of corporate strategy and related theories,this paper chose the reverse type development strategy and sets up the corresponding strategic objectives.The last,this paper suggests that Y company should implement its development strategy by improving its employees' ability level,optimizing its financial management system,improving product quality,setting up a customer service platform,accelerating its technological innovation and upgrading the scale of industrial cluster.Meanwhile,this paper put forward safeguard plan inenterprise system,organizational structure,human resources,enterprise culture and risk management.
