Research On The Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System For Green Development Of Tea Industry

Green development is a new development model to solve the problem of harmonious coexistence between good people and nature.Green development has been implemented as a national strategy for several years,but the evaluation system constructed by the existing literature is mostly based on the evaluation index system of agricultural green development constructed at the macro level,which is not suitable for evaluating specific industries.As one of the eight pillar industries in Fujian province,tea industry plays an important role in regional economic development.Therefore,the tea industry in Anxi county of Fujian province is taken as the research object.When selecting the evaluation indexes,the index system constructed by referring to the existing literature was selected.Based on the characteristics of the tea industry,17 quantitative indexes were put forward to construct the evaluation index system of green development of the tea industry by comprehensively considering the four aspects of resource utilization rate,environmental cleanliness of the producing area,farmers' living standard and agricultural green production level.On this basis,the determination method of index weight and scoring standard of each index are proposed,and the data of Anxi county from 2014 to 2018 are collected to calculatethe green development index.The results show that economic development does not have to be at the expense of the environment,and anxi County has achieved economic development while protecting the environment and restoring the ecology.From 2014 to 2018,the green development index is generally on the rise,but there is still room for improvement,including the following problems :(1)the output value of traditional planting mode has reached the bottleneck,and tea farmers lack of ways to increase income.(2)The coverage of green prevention and control technologies is still limited and needs to be expanded within the county.(3)The existing labor force is insufficient to prevent and control diseases and insects.(4)The existing labor force is insufficient to prevent and control diseases and insects.Accordingly,the following Suggestions are given :(1)reform the traditional development mode and cultivate the new industry of tea travel integration.(2)Implement "unified defense rule" according to local conditions,and stimulate tea farmers' enthusiasm for participation.(3)Establish a long-term supervision mechanism for tea gardens to improve the quality of tea products.(4)Establish comprehensive agricultural service organizations to improve the rate of disease and insect control.
