Research On Tea Industry Development Problems And Countermeasures In Anxi County

The ultimate goal of rural revitalization is to achieve a steady increase in farmers’income,narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,enhance the comprehensive productivity of agriculture,promote the integration and coordinated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and realize rural modernization.As the core of rural revitalization,industrial prosperity can make farmers become beneficiaries,agricultural development is based on strong industry,only to achieve industrial revitalization,farmers can get rich.Anxi County is located in the north-west of Fujian province and is also a famous tea-producing city in our country.Anxi County is home to the "Famous Chinese oolong tea" and the birthplace of Tieguanyin.With the continuous development of economy and society,the consumption of Anxi tea industry has been upgraded,and the endogenous sustainable development model of Anxi County has been gradually realized.However,in the process of industrial upgrading,Anxi County tea wants to expand the size of the tea market,capture the market and realize the industrialization of modern agriculture,there are still many places to work hard,for example,to achieve industrial integration,to standardize the development of tea industry,to achieve green cultivation,to enhance the professional level of tea farmers,so this paper in the context of rural revitalization of the era,the development of Anxi County’s tea industry was studied.By means of literature review,on-the-spot investigation and data collection,the present situation and internal and external environment of Anxi County Anxi County’s tea industry were analyzed.Based on the study of the tea industry in Anxi County Anxi County from the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper finds that there are some problems in the development of the tea industry in China:(1)the lack of government support;The development level of tea industry is relatively low;(2)the scale level of the industry is relatively low,and the management level is relatively backward;(3)the coverage of the leading enterprises is insufficient,and the level of the industrial chain is relatively low;(4)the standard of tea is not unified,and the quality of tea is difficult to ensure unity.In-depth analysis of the causes of the problem:(1)insufficient policy support,lack of scale efficiency;(2)backward management,lack of professional personnel;(3)insufficient brand publicity;(4)backward technology,low production level.Based on the theory of comparative advantage and agricultural industrialization,this paper puts forward some suggestions:from the government level,we should strengthen the support of Tea Enterprises,strengthen industry supervision,innovate technical methods,at the enterprise level,we should build the regional public brand,raise the level of large-scale tea plantation,establish the sales chain of industrial park,and implement the strategy of talent training At the market level,we should build an "Internet+" network sales platform,actively develop diversified tea products,and create a new pattern of strong brands.At the technical level,we should improve the environment for developing tea through science and technology and raise the level of tea processing,to build a model of industry-university-research cooperation.This paper attempts to promote the development of Anxi County’s tea industry based on the resource advantages,promote the quality of the tea industry and promote the development of the industry.
