Evaluation Of Green Development Level And Spatio-temporal Variation In Sichuan Province

Against the background of comprehensively constructing of ecological civilization,green development has gradually become the choice of the current social development and transformation.How to reconcile the relationship among economy,society,ecology and environment to further alleviate the contradiction is the urgent problem in China.As an important province of western development,Sichuan is rich in resources,but fragile in ecology.It should take account of the ecological environment as well as economic development.In this sense,this paper evaluates and studies the green development level of Sichuan Province in order to provide a basis and reference for Sichuan to adhere to green development and build beautiful homes.On the basis of the literature review,this paper combines the actual situation of Sichuan Province,to constructs the evaluation index system of green development level in Sichuan province through the qualitative and quantitative method of screening indicators.It also calculates the weight of each index by entropy method,as well as the comprehensive value of green development level from 2009 to 2015 by comprehensive evaluation method.Next,it adopts the Natural Breakpoint Method to classify and express the green development evaluation results,and analyze the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics.The main conclusions are:(1)From the time dimension,the level of green development of 18 prefecture level cities in Sichuan is generally fluctuating upward trend,and the green development trend is generally good.The development of economic greening and policy support is good,but resource conservation and environmental protection are still weak.In this regard,it shall strengthen regional environmental protection and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.(2)From the spatial dimension,there are great differences in green development level of Sichuan province.The green development level of Chengdu,Deyang,Mianyang,which led by Chengdu is high,especially in Chengdu.Its green development level remains absolute superiority all the time,which is related to the more optimized economic structure and technical level.It followed by Panzhihua and southern Sichuan,and the lowest green development level is in Northeast Sichuan.(3)Finally,in view of the current situation and problems of green development level in Sichuan Province,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for its green development in the future from the four aspects,including changing the mode of economic development,improving the efficiency of energy utilization,increasing the support of the government and strengthening the concept of green development.
