Research Of Information & Process Management Of Tele-service Chain In The Manufacturing Enterprise

Following the competition between enterprises on nowadays, the service forcustomer is becoming the decisive factor competing for success or failure. But underthe customer centered marketplace working pattern, the customer service is no longeronly related with lower the enterprises, but is related to all the enterprises from theproduct design stage to product selling stage, then a customer-oriented service chainis produced. Service chain strongly promotes the ability of enterprise on the power ofcustomer service and the efficiency of customer service.The development of network technology and tele-service technology up to it,resolved the regional restriction, realized speedy service and has advanced theefficiency of tele-service chain fundamentally.The classified pattern of tele-service chain has been expounded in this paper, andthe method of practice has also been analyzed, then, taking elevator industry as anexample the active service mode and the passive service mode are representedrespectively. The structure of a service chain is discussed based on its constituentelements and service process, and a framework of modeling a service chain based onMAS is proposed. Afterwards, information integration and process integration oftele-service chain have been analyzed seriously, then, a netlike information topologystructure resolving delay, process integration of service chain is discussed at last.On this basis, take elevator industry as an example, taking JAVA and tomcatcontributing tele-service chain management system. Then, the correctness andvalidity of information and process integration of service chain under netlike model.
