| China and Russia have a long history of trade,and have unique geopolitical advantages,complementary advantages and political advantages,which has laid a solid foundation for Sino-Russian border trade.With the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the northeast and the strategy of "one belt and one road".China's economic and trade ties with Russia are getting closer and closer.The article studies the transformation and upgrading of Suifenhe's trade with Russia,and is being for comprehensively promoting the opening level of Suifenhe in the new era,promoting the open border cities of Heilongjiang province to a new level and high level,and providing a model for other open ports to learn from.This paper mainly uses comparative analysis,investigation and literature research,and provides fundamental guidance for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade with traditional trade theories such as absolute advantage theory,comparative advantage theory,factor endowment theory,and new international trade theories such as industrial internal trade theory and national competitive advantage theory.The background,significance,connotation and realization path of transformation and upgrading are discussed.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the construction of Suifenhe Port Corridor,the scale of trade with Russia,the commodity structure of trade with Russia and the current situation of policy support,the paper objectively and accurately reflect the negative factor of suifenhe trade with Russia.On this basis,the influencing factors of suifenhe's trade transformation and upgrading to Russia are analyzed,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of trade transformation and upgrading is preliminarily constructed.The weight determination of the evaluation index system is theoretically analyzed.Combined with the strategic arrangements of the state and Heilongjiang,the policy recommendations for Suifenhe's optimization and upgrading of trade with Russia are put forward. |
