Quality management of product is important guarantee for stable survival and strategic development of an enterprise,and advanced quality management has already been one of important factors for rapid development of an enterprise.With fierce market competition and challenge from current global economy,every enterprise considers quality management as a vital tool to prevail the market.Constantly strengthening internal control and improving quality management are the top priorities for achieving corporate development goals.H Company was originally two branches of a 60-year old factory A in Harbin.Due to energy strategic adjustment of group headquarter,it was separated from A Factory and registered as a new company in Harbin in October,2007.The company owns advanced manufacture and R&D equipment.Through shift from the development and production of motor,synchronic motor,AC motor and DC motor,to expansion in nuclear market,H company dominates a leading role among Chinese power generation manufacturers.This article is guided by the overall quality management theory.In order to improve the product quality management level,enhance the company's quality management experience,and ensure the goal of providing high-quality products and services with stable performance to the market and customers,the company has encountered problems in quality management.Conduct key improvement research.This paper summarizes the status quo of quality management both home and abroad,and confirms the content,methods and routes of research.The basic situation of quality management in Company H is illustrated,and the problems existed in the quality management of products are analyzed.Four improvement plans are proposed to optimize function of quality management department,establish quality training mechanism,build up quality performance evaluation mechanism and quality cost management mechanism.The analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the improvement scheme,and the guarantee factors are put forward from the three aspects of using PDCA theory to promote continuous improvement,improve quality control procedures,and build a high-quality talent team.After that,the input and output are improved before and after improvement,and the fault conditions are improved.The comparative analysis of the production time data of nuclear power products has effectively verified the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.Enterprise quality management is a long-term and continuous process.Although the improvement plan has achieved certain results,it is of great significance to the improvement of H company's quality management,but it should continue to pay attention to and continue to improve and improve.
