Zhujiang Delta area is the earliest and most concentrated Electronic Manufacture Service (EMS) area since China began to reform and open up in 1980. It is the most concentrated Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) area to help global brand company to manufacture products. At the same time, Chinese individually-run enterprise began to develop and had great development till 21st century:from Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) period to Original Design Manufacture (ODM) period, have their design ability. Shenzhen area is most developed area in Zhujiang Delta area. However A company is a typical Chinese individually-run enterprise in Shenzhen, which established in Jun.1998 and appear in market in Shenzhen small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) board in Jul.2007. A company has own manufacture factory and design team and has his own advanced manufacture equipment and auto SMT (Surface Mounted Technology)and AI(Auto Insert) and Box build production line. Till 2010, A company become a middle and upper scale individually-run enterprise, which develop toward international market by high speed. To improve manufacture quality is the most important and urgent content in strategy development. So to choose this topic to study is very important and great valued to reduce manufacture cost and improve customer satisfaction and market competitive strength, company brand, take part in international competition and have more chance to work with international brand company. Apply quality management theory and Porter Lawler motivation model theory and implement so many quality tools, such as QC 7 tools and SPC (Statistic Process Control) and 6 sigma tools and systematic management and stimulate the person who are related with manufacture process to improve quality competitive strength. The person of manufacture process is not only direct operator, but also indirect person, such as QE, TE, PE, IE, buyer, PMC etc. Every person have quality objective, which is related with performance salary to conduct Integration and Coordination for management system and Effort-Performance-Bonus- Satisfaction in order to improve company quality management performance and strength company quality competition and reduce company operation cost and promote company core competition strength.
