With the continuous deepening of the reform of commercial banks,the improvement of internal organizational structure and the expansion of asset scale have been initially achieved.The current management of commercial banks has entered an era with strategic management as the theme.In modern commercial bank management,performance evaluation occupies an increasingly important position.An effective performance evaluation system can enhance the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Therefore,the construction and improvement of the performance evaluation system of commercial banks has become the top priority for commercial banks to achieve steady growth.In terms of the current status of commercial bank performance evaluation systems,most commercial banks are based on traditional performance evaluation methods or BSC performance evaluation models,which are not closely related to long-term strategic goals and can no longer match the needs of serving and realizing corporate strategic goals.Unreasonable construction structure,single evaluation index,one-sided evaluation effect and other phenomena.Therefore,commercial banks should reconsider the implementation effect of the current performance evaluation system from a more scientific and objective perspective to further deepen the reform of commercial banks.As an effective management method,the balanced scorecard is hailed by Harvard Business Review as the most important management tool and method in the world in the past 75 years,and it plays an important role in the performance evaluation system of commercial banks.To this end,this article use JL Bank as a case for analysis,seemed to identify the performance of JL Bank by the depth analysis of the literature,and use the method of interviews and questionnaires from the leader of JL Bank.To this end,this article uses a combination of theory and practice,takes JL Bank as a research case,and analyzes the application status of its performance evaluation system in conjunction with the development profile of JL Bank,and finds that there are existing evaluation indicators for JL Bank’s current performance evaluation system,such as poor application effect of the method and mismatch between the performance evaluation model and the overall strategy of the bank.Therefore,based on JL Bank’s development strategy and EVA-BSC performance evaluation method,this paper selects financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension and learning and growth dimension as the evaluation indicators of performance evaluation system,and uses AHP to determine the indicators of JL Bank Weight.At the same time,in order to further test the rationality of the performance evaluation system of JL Bank based on EVA and BSC,the effect of the evaluation system is comprehensively tested according to the relevant data of JL Bank in 2018,so as to ensure that the newly constructed EVA-BSC performance evaluation system and the actual performance of JL Bank Need to have a high degree of matching.After passing the actual test,this paper finds that the application effect of various indicators in the reconstructed performance evaluation system is considerable,and the application effect of the customer dimension is the best.In order to further ensure the sustainability of the EVA-BSC-based performance evaluation system in the application of JL Bank,this paper proposes relevant safeguards for the inspection results,such as accelerating the establishment and improvement of the management information system,perfecting the supporting EVA-BSC employee incentive mechanism,and establishing EVA-BSC performance evaluation system.The research conclusions provide a reference for scientific selection of enterprise performance evaluation indicators and for companies with similar related performance problems.
