Research On Financial Risk Control Of LD Company

China's small and medium-sized enterprises are showing a vigorous development trend,which has an irreplaceable role in increasing employment,promoting economic growth,technological innovation and social harmony and stability,and has important strategic significance for national economic and social development.However,China's economy tends to slow down,and the market environment is complex and changeable,which has adversely affected the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises are facing a situation in which they cannot realize expected benefits or even suffer losses.Cases of financial crisis caused by out-of-control of financial risks at home and abroad are not uncommon,which sounded the alarm for strengthening the financial risk control of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.If small and medium-sized enterprises do not control financial risks,the out-of-control financial risks will seriously affect the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and even lead to their failure and suspension.In this paper,according to the ideas of risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response,the financial risk control of LD company is studied in order to find the key points of financial risk control and put forward more effective financial risk control measures,reducing the negative influence of financial risk on LD company.First of all,the research background of financial risk control and related literature are elaborated,and the importance and necessity of research on financial risk control are discussed.Secondly,based on the related theory of financial risk control,the paper studies the financial risk control of LD company by using qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper identifies and measures the severity of financial risk from four aspects of financing,investment,management and income distribution.The results show that the financial risk of LD company is in moderate risk level,and the financial risk can not be controlled effectively.Finally,the priority of LD company's financial risk response is established,and the financial risk control measures are put forward.This paper hopes to enrich the research on financial risk control of medium-sized enterprises,to provide reference for medium-sized enterprises facing the same difficulties,and to improve the financial risk resistance of medium-sized enterprises.
