Research On The Transformation And Development Of QD Banking Business Under The Background Of Interest Rate Liberalization

In order to carry out the requirements of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on deepening the reform of the financial system,enhancing the ability of financial services to the real economy,and accelerating the integration of China's Banks with Banks of advanced countries in the world,it is necessary to vigorously promote the transformation and construction of banking business.At present,China's commercial Banks have serious product homogenization,and their income is mainly based on the traditional interest margin income,while their intermediate business products are single and their income accounts for little.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the business transformation of commercial Banks,especially urban commercial Banks,and analyze the relationship between interest rate liberalization and business transformation of commercial Banks,so as to improve the ability of commercial Banks to serve the real economy.Business transformation based on the marketization of interest rate and commercial Banks as the research content,QD bank as a case in city commercial bank,asset liability management theory,the differentiation strategy theory,financial innovation theory as a guide,the integrated use of literature research,data analysis and inductive analysis methods,such as interest rate marketization,banking,differentiation strategy theory,and the theory of financial innovation.First,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of QD bank business under interest rate liberalization.Through the analysis of the current situation of banking business,the problems existing in QD Banks are found out.Second,it analyzes the environment faced by the transformation of QD banking business under the interest rate liberalization.Thirdly,it analyzes the experience of the transformation and development of commercial Banks' business under the interest rate liberalization at home and abroad,and drawsenlightenment from it.Finally,based on the above analysis,the target and direction of the transformation of QD banking business under the background of interest rate liberalization are obtained and the transformation plan is proposed.
