In the current era of sharing economy,the market economic changes very fast,with each passing day,in this case,enterprise want to in the market to occupy a certain share and position,must want to know how to raise their ability of competition,how to improve competitiveness is a big problem faced by firms,simple,lower cost of already can't satisfy the enterprise development needs,and the method of value chain cost management to a certain extent,not only can help enterprises to save costs,and important to be able to improve enterprise management level,let the enterprise discovery and excavation appreciation of the value chain link,link value-added efficiency maximum driving each value,To realize the long-term and lasting development and promotion of the enterprise.This article mainly to dig deeper into value chain analysis to contrast the LF scenic area of the current cost management,system and fully decomposed each value chain link in all kinds of activities,the main scenic spots of the LF company of the four value link to the links on the chain of r&d,purchasing,construction and maintenance,marketing part carried on the thorough analysis,dig up the existing problems,and the main existing human resources management level is low,lack of purchasing management,cost management,small scope,problems such as imperfect management function,finally to the company value chain cost management,the optimization design of the scenic spot,From internal and external value chain to analyze the value chain and build enterprise cost management measures,with a r&d link established framework of product development,sourcing of supplier evaluation system optimization,construction maintenance optimization process and the way of innovation,marketing link use the brand effect to improve the tour company problems existing in current cost management of scenic spots,for LF scenic spot can form the sustained,long-term competitive advantage.The implementation of the value chain cost management can effectively increase the scope of cost accounting,reduce the unnecessary costs of enterprises,tourism companies scenic spots to maintain long-term and lasting competitiveness.
