Financial Risk Early Warning And Prevention Of XH Pharmaceutical Company

In recent years,the state has issued a series of medical reform policies to solve the problem of difficult medical treatment and expensive drug use.The reform of the "two vote system" in the pharmaceutical industry in 2017,the implementation and promotion of the "4+ 7" drug collection policy of the medical insurance bureau in 2019,and the implementation of relevant policies such as medical insurance bargaining have brought a huge shock to the pharmaceutical industry.In the face of this series of policies,the pharmaceutical industry needs to make relevant measures in time,improve the construction of financial risk early warning system of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,and strengthen the early warning,prevention and analysis control of financial risk of enterprises.This paper takes XH pharmaceutical company as the research object,analyzes the current situation and internal and external risks of XH pharmaceutical company,and constructs a financial early warning model suitable for XH pharmaceutical company.In the process of building the financial early warning model,the qualitative and quantitative methods are used.Firstly,21 financial indicators are selected by Delphi method,then the highly correlated and less weighted indicators are eliminated by entropy method and SPSS correlation analysis,and finally 16 financial indicators are selected.Next,select five target companies with the same scale and XH pharmaceutical company,and bring the financial data of the target company in 2018 into the model constructed in this paper to verify the effectiveness of the model.Finally,the financial early warning model is used to calculate and analyze the alarm situation of XH pharmaceutical company from 2013 to 2018,and the existing problems of XH pharmaceutical company are found,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
