With the continuous emergence of the state's support for innovation and entrepreneurship policies,and the country's increased support for small and micro enterprises in recent years,the number of domestic small and micro enterprises has increased significantly.Presenting a dynamic and prosperous situation.In 2013,TY company was established.With the resource accumulation and accounting experience of the former taxation company,the company started to develop rapidly.In 2014,the company formally transformed into an "Internet+finance and taxation" enterprise and has been committed to the research and development,application of basic technology and the ultimate pursuit of customer experience.After more than 6 years of precipitation,the company has experienced the gradual improvement of the software application system,the substantial increase in the number of users,and the listing and delisting of the new three board market.It has also experienced the transformation of its business overseas.But until today,the company still has a series of problems with ambiguous strategic positioning,unclear strategic goals,lack of brand strategy and insufficient growth and development.For TY companies that are already on the eve of the A-share GEM IPO materials declaration,it is more meaningful to look back at a series of strategic options since the establishment of the company,analyze the advantages and disadvantages to base on the present,and look forward to the future.This article studies and analyzes the development strategy of TY company based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of enterprise development strategy.The article first elaborated the basic knowledge,research methods and analysis of the status quo and development trends of the industries in which TY companies are located.Then,by analyzing the external environment in which the company is located and its own environment,referring to the relevant theories of the company's development strategy,and combining the business data of the company,the company's strategic choice and its implementation effect are analyzed.In the process of external environment analysis,this paper uses methods such as PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model analysis,and uses SWOT analysis tools to judge strategic choices.Finally,through the analysis of the development strategy of TY companies and the results of operations in recent years,they found that there were strategic shortcomings,and proposed improvement plans based on the characteristics of TY companies,and designed a series of safeguard measures for future development of TY companies Provide assistance.
