At present,the enterprise human resources service in Weifang city just entering the fast track of development,not only has a development advantage and rare opportunities,it also faces many threats and challenges,the author aims to carry out the current research situation of the human resource service enterprise in Weifang City,on how to develop the advantage,seize opportunities,avoid threats,put forward specific proposals to overcome challenges,and puts forward the development strategy of human resources service enterprises in Weifang city.Based on the current situation of human resource service enterprise development research in Weifang City,using the SWOT analysis method,the development of the human resources service enterprises in Weifang city were analyzed,the results show that the enterprise human resource services in Weifang city has a large space,the expansion of the scale of market development space,the connotation of enterprise growth potential,local brands enhance the competitiveness advantage;there is also a small scale,low quality of professionals,entrepreneurs lack of service contents,irrational structure,serious homogeneity products and services,composite service ability is insufficient,the brand is low,the informatization construction is lagging behind,corporate profit margins and low salary,management system and enterprise culture existence the gap,staff recruitment selection and training development has the disadvantage;facing the public demand for human resources services The increasing and the overall size of human resources service companies expand,resulting in a structural imbalance between supply and demand in the long-term development potential,good development opportunities lead enterprises stationed in driving effect,the development of new industries and low market share development opportunities and bring the enterprise development environment,greatly optimize the policy opportunities;there is also increasing customer demand for personalized,the serious loss of talents,enterprise cooperation is not obvious,employment problems and other threats.This article from the SW,ST,WO,TO point for the Weifang city human resources service enterprise development strategy,the SO strategy to speed up the growth of enterprise content,expand the scale,to meet the public demand;accelerate the growth of enterprise
