Analysis Of Financial Strategi Selection Based On Sustainable Growth Of Enterprises

In the infection of today’s word economic integration,social,economic,political,cultural,etc.have entered the process of rapid development.With the economic and social environment increasingly becoming complex and the growing competition,the development of enterprises has become more and more difficult.Usually,the focus of enterprises business is to maximize profits,maximize the value of the enterprise and the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises.Under the guidance of the wrong ideas,enterprises invested capital and energy blindly,meanwhile ignored the business and financial crisis,leading to collapse at last.In this circumstance,the idea of sustainable growth was quickly accepted by enterprise manager,who combined sustainable growth with financial strategies and applied it to actual management,providing new management idea.This article has studied the financial strategy matrix model which based on enterprise value sustainable growth and verified applicability of the model in order to help enterprise adjust financial strategy in time in the fierce competition and improve the core competitiveness.This paper regards sustainable growth and value creation as the goal of financial strategy,sustainable growth rate war regarded as the measurement of sustainable growth,using the Robert Higgins model of sustainable growth to calculate the sustainable growth rate and using the Economic Value Added(EVA)to measure enterprise value creation.Based on the sustainable growth strategy and financial strategy and the discourse of these two strategy’s relationship,a financial strategy matrix based on value creation and sustainable growth rate was constructed as the model of enterprise financial strategy choice analysis.Enterprises can analyze and optimize the financial strategy according to their actual situation,promote the financial resource to get optimized configuration in order to achieve sustainable business growth.In this article,Huayi Brothers Media Co.,Ltd.was selected as a case to discuss andthe model was applied and analyzed.The financial strategy which based on the model and the actual financial strategy were compared,then the study concluded Huayi Brothers have taken reasonable financial strategy,that is,the financial strategy adopted by the company is basically in accordance with the financial strategy matrix model,which also proved that the scientific and application of model about adjusting the financial strategy.
