In the context of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,the state-owned enterprises put forward new requirements for the construction of all kinds of talents,which means that enterprises need to continue to deepen the reform of human resources system and optimize management mode.However,the current situation of state-owned enterprises is that the construction of basic human resource management system is relatively weak,the management and control of modern enterprises are insufficient,the position structure is unitary,and the difference of position value cannot be reflected,so that the incentive guidance is not clear,the performance appraisal is only a form,the matching degree of recruitment positions is not high,and the training content of employees is lack of basis.These problems are mainly caused by Because the enterprise does not establish a systematic,scientific and standardized post management system based on post management,if the above problems cannot be fundamentally solved,it will affect the sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper combines the research literature and academic achievements at home and abroad and carries out in-depth research,through the extraction of documents and materials related to human resource planning and position management of GXG group for systematic analysis,puts forward the starting point of this paper;summarizes the current situation of human resources of GXG group by using qualitative analysis method to provide materials for quantitative analysis;interviews various professional fields by using investigation research method and interview research method Experts,collect relevant data of human resources for statistical analysis;select enterprises with benchmarking role in four major sectors of the group,use expert prediction and experience prediction methods to discuss human resources related issues and position management system ideas with human resources experts,management of the company,heads of human resources and key departments and employees;reorganize and set up position management system,and use Mercer international position evaluation method implements position value evaluation,optimizes the scientific position management system of GXG group,and puts forward the career development path of GXG Group employees.Finally,based on the optimized post system,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to strengthen the effect of GXG group post management system optimization.
