Research On State-owned Enterprises Post-evaluation System Of Equity Investment Based On Classified Management

In the traditional state-owned enterprises investment field,the post evaluation of investment always means the evaluation of large-scaled construction project which associated with the economy and people's live-hood.However,with the Chinese-economy-reform becomes deep and though,the state-owned enterprises seek for reform.To maintain the independence of the state-owned enterprises,the governments of all levels didn't focus more on the use of fiscal funds,and the investments made by the state-owned enterprises didn't be controlled and managed appropriately.Post evaluation system has more than 80 years history in west world,and it is widely used in many major constructive investment projects after it being introduced to our country,achieving great results.Unfortunately,the post evaluation of state-owned system doesn't performed well in the field of equity investment.Nowadays,the most common practices of evaluate the equity investments are economic achievements and the goal of preserving the value of state-owned property.In the process of development in recent years,the post evaluation system of state-owned enterprises become a logical and scientific system which successfully used in the constructive investment projects.In this paper,I would design a system of post evaluation of state-owned enterprises based on the classified management theory.In practice,I will refer to the relative main achievements of studies in this field world-wide,and strive to seek a newly normative system of post evaluation of state-owned enterprises investment.To analysis the project operation,the economic performance,the current management,the risk response Etc.,I would achieve the goal of evaluate the equity investment of state-owned enterprises,and finally to give a suggestion of investment in the future.In fourth part of this paper,I take a company J Company as an example.J corp.was invested by Y corp.which is a typical state-owned investment enterprise.After the analysis and research,I hope the paper would contribute a bit to the constitution of evaluation of state-owned enterprises investment in China.
