As a new thing of cross-strait agricultural cooperation and a high-quality carrier to promote the common development of cross-strait agriculture,it is of far-reaching significance to build a good taiwan farmers' entrepreneurshippark.At present,it is a major development strategy of CangNan county to build a leading area connecting FuJian and taiwan,and Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park is an important part of this strategy.However,due to the influence of cross-strait relations,resource factors and economic downturn,CangNan TaiWan farmers' entrepreneurship park has encountered certain bottlenecks in its development,and it has always been unable to become stronger and bigger.It is of great practical significance to study the further development of Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park in depth.Based on the above background,this paper is based on the reality,closely related to the current development of Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park,based on the perspective of government management functions,according to the basic context of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,using field research,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods to carry out research on the development problems and countermeasures of Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park.This study is conducive to the mainland to better overcome the problems encountered in the current cross-strait relations,guide and promote the construction of Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park to the direction of scientific,institutionalized and standardized development,fully learn from and absorb Taiwan's advanced agricultural concepts and technologies,show the good effect of Taiwanese investment in the agricultural field of the mainland,and provide suggestions for the construction of Cangnan and even Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park provide theoretical basis and practical guidance.This paper first discusses the background and significance of the research on Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park,leads to the research topics,and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research on Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park,mainly including providing reference for mainland to formulate cross-strait agricultural cooperation policies,providing guidance for promoting the scientific development of the farmers' entrepreneurship park in Taiwan,providing examples for promoting the implementation of rural strategies and to expand cross-strait agricultural cooperation research provides a new perspective,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper expounds the background and functions of the establishment of Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park,focusing on the functions of leisure and tourism,aggregation and diffusion,demonstration and radiation.Thirdly,this paper combs the current situation of the development of Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park,and analyzes the four factors,including the political and regulatory factors,the integration of cross-strait resource factors,economic development factors and policy incentives.finally,from the three aspects of management system innovation,strengthening agricultural docking and characteristic industry development,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the development of Cangnan Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurship park.This paper holds that the achievements of the development of Taiwan's farmers' entrepreneurship Park are outstanding,but there are still short boards.Due to the short time of its construction and development,the mechanism is not perfect,there is still a lot of room for improvement,and there are many problems.On the one hand,most of the parks are not clear-cut,the management system needs to be improved,and the supporting service system needs to be strengthened.Influenced by the cross-strait relations,the main problems are as follows: Due to the policy restrictions in Taiwan,the level of technology spillover is low.In addition,based on the current problems in the development of Taiwan's farmers' entrepreneurship Park,this paper puts forward strategies to promote the further development of Taiwan's farmers' entrepreneurship Park from three aspects: system innovation,agricultural docking and industrial development.
