It is an important way to promote the sustainable economic development of Cangnan County and an important guarantee to develop characteristic agricultural and sideline industries.Since the 11 th five year plan,the Agricultural Bureau of Cangnan County has greatly promoted the development of agricultural industry and encountered many problems through the promotion of crop varieties.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation,problems and Countermeasures of the promotion of crop varieties in Cangnan County.In the new era and the intelligent era,the promotion of crop varieties in Cangnan county is bound to undergo great changes.Therefore,this study is not only of great significance to the agricultural production of Cangnan County,but also hopes to provide useful reference for other counties and cities with similar situations.In this paper,based on the main line of Cangnan County’s promotion of improved varieties of crops,the comprehensive use of various theories and reference to domestic and foreign agricultural industry development and research results of the promotion of improved varieties of agricultural and forestry products,through questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews and field surveys,the current situation of the promotion of improved varieties of crops in Cangnan county is studied,and the promotion and development of improved varieties in Cangnan county is analyzed.At the same time,we understand the background and work of popularizing good varieties of crops in Cangnan County,analyze the performance and causes of the problems in the current stage of popularizing good varieties of crops in Cangnan county according to the results of questionnaire survey,put forward the corresponding measures to promote seed production,management and innovation of seed industry system,further improve the seed industry system in Cangnan County,and provide scientific and feasible measures and suggestions for the development of seed industry in Cangnan County.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,19 i method and the source of research data.The second part describes the related concepts and theoretical basis of improved seed extension,as well as the research status of improved seed extension at home and abroad,and analyzes and summarizes the Enlightenment of foreign seed industry development experience on China’s seed industry development.The third part is to analyze the current situation of the promotion of good varieties of crops in Cangnan County,including the current situation and problems of the promotion of rice,tomato and vegetables in Cangnan County,as well as the countermeasures made by Cangnan County.The fourth part is through the field investigation and a large number of data research,the current problems of Cangnan County in the promotion of crop varieties,including: the leading enterprises of national seed industry are not strong enough to play a leading role;the promotion funds are not enough to meet the needs of the promotion of good varieties;the weak professional and technical forces restrict the promotion of good varieties;crop varieties The selection is unreasonable;the promotion objects are scattered and the promotion efficiency is low;there are unlicensed management and fake and inferior products in the seed market.The fifth part is through the analysis,it is concluded that the system of seed industry is not perfect;the lack of stable capital investment in the promotion of improved varieties;the lack of professional and technical personnel in the promotion of improved varieties;the blind introduction and promotion of new varieties of crops by enterprises,resulting in unreasonable selection;the limited cognitive ability of improved varieties promotion objects;the lack of law enforcement in the main aspects of seed management are the main problems in the promotion of improved varieties of crops in Cangnan County Constraints.In the sixth part of the article,in order to further promote the promotion of good varieties of crops in Cangnan County and improve the promotion efficiency of good varieties of crops in Cangnan County,it is necessary to give full play to the functions of the government and improve the promotion system of good varieties;establish multiple guarantee mechanisms and increase the investment of good varieties promotion funds;strengthen the construction of the team of good varieties promotion personnel;strengthen the guidance and management of the construction of good varieties promotion service system;various ways We should improve the scientific quality of farmers,strengthen law enforcement and purify the seed market.Through the corresponding measures,a reasonable market environment of Cangnan seed industry system can be finally formed.
