With the aggravation of the pollution of people's living environment and the increase of work pressure,all kinds of diseases follow.The rejuvenation of major diseases and the corresponding increasing medical expenses have made people more and more aware of the importance of insurance.People's demand for personal and property protection has also increased accordingly,which makes China's insurance industry develop rapidly.With the increasingly fierce market competition,the competition among insurance companies is not only limited to the competition of products,but also includes the competition of talents.Insurance sales staff of insurance companies are the cornerstone of the stable development of insurance companies.The quality,learning ability,self-management ability and knowledge structure of insurance sales staff will directly affect the performance of the company.For companies in the insurance industry,the formulation of a set of scientific staff training model will help employees to quickly master insurance-related professional knowledge and skills.Employees will make rational use of it to create value for the company and enhance the status of the company.And it also makes the company stand out in the fierce competition.In recent years,although ZP insurance company continues to increase staff,but the staff retention rate is not high.ZP insurance company has been carrying out pre-post and continuing education and training for employees,but the training effect is not good.The overall quality of staff is difficult to meet the requirements of the company.This paper takes the sales staff of ZP Insurance Company as the research object.And then the author collated the effective data by consulting the relevant literature,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and made a systematic analysis on the current training of sales staff of ZP Insurance Company,to find out the problems existing in the current staff training process of ZP Insurance Company.Through the analysis,find out the causes of the problems,and put forward a targeted solution to the problem.It not only be good to the long-term development of the company,but also provide a reference basis for staff training of similar insurance companies,so as to promote the development of the whole insurance industry.Through the study of some problems existing in the staff training of ZP Insurance Company,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Generally speaking,the training effect of the sales staff of ZP insurance company is general,and the problems existing in the training are more prominent.There are mainly a series of problems,such as lack of systematic training needs analysis,unbalanced arrangement of training contents,lax implementation of training rules and regulations,unreasonable training methods,unsatisfactory training effect and lack of effective feedback and evaluation mechanism.It hinders the smooth development of the company's training work,and is not conducive to the effective transformation of the training content of the company's sales staff.There is an urgent need to develop a training program suitable for the sales staff of ZP Insurance Company.(2)According to the problems existing in the training process of the sales staff of ZP Insurance Company,the reasons are analyzed,mainly because the leaders do not pay enough attention to the training needs analysis,do not formulate reasonable training content,lack of strict monitoring in the training implementation process,lack of scientific training methods,imperfect training effect feedback and evaluation,etc.So the training effect was not good and did not achieve the expected goal of the training.(3)As one of the important functions of human resource management in ZP insurance company,staff training is of great significance to the survival and development of the company.In order to fundamentally solve the problem of employee training in insurance companies,ZP Insurance Company should strengthen the leaders' attention to the analysis of employees' training needs,formulate balanced training course contents,strengthen the monitoring of the training process,improve the existing training methods,and build a scientific training effect feedback and evaluation mechanism,so that the company can develop in the long term.
