With the accelerated development of the economy and society,the competition in the external market environment is gradually intensified,and the demand for creativity of various enterprises is constantly increasing.In the past,centralized decision-making or command-based management of managers has greatly restricted the team’s group wisdom and employee enthusiasm The survival and development of the enterprise.This type of leadership is no longer suitable for today’s management environment that focuses on team wisdom and team decision-making.Research on how authorized leadership can enhance the creativity of enterprise teams has become the focus of academic research.This article takes empowered leadership(situation / psychology)as the antecedent variable,team creativity as the outcome variable,knowledge sharing and risk-bearing as the intermediate variable,and adjustment focus(promotion / prevention)as the adjustment variable to explore the role of authorized leadership in team creativity The role and ways.Combined with the literature review method,questionnaire analysis method and quantitative research method,the 52 teams in the information technology industry are studied,and the relationship between authorized leadership and team creativity,knowledge sharing and risk taking is analyzed through empirical research.Studies have shown that situational authorization and psychological authorization have a significant positive effect on team creativity;knowledge sharing and risk-bearing play an intermediary role;the higher the promotion focus,the stronger the team creativity under the leadership of authorization.It can be found thatmanagers can create a team atmosphere that dares to take risks through the active authorization of context and psychology,stimulate the enthusiasm of knowledge sharing among employees,and achieve the effect of enhancing team creativity.Taken together,this article delves into the influential relationships and internal mechanisms between empowered leadership,knowledge sharing and risk taking,and team creativity,and has theoretical and practical value for corporate leadership management and team creativity incentives.
