Research On S Project Cost Control Of JG Company

The real estate industry has greatly promoted the rapid development of the national economy and has become an important force that cannot be ignored in the development of the national economy.With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's material life,the real estate industry has played a strong role in promoting the rapid development of the real estate industry.The cost control of real estate enterprises is an important guarantee for their survival and development.With the continuous regulation and control of the real estate industry by national policies,real estate enterprises are constantly standardizing their own management standardization and standardization.It is increasingly important to use scientific project cost management methods.In the paper,JG Real Estate Company was taken as the object of analysis,and the necessity and feasibility of cost control of real estate enterprises was studied facing the double challenges of market and policy,proving that JG company must control cost if wanting to gain the core advantage in the future competition of the industry.The method of target cost management was adopted to control and divide the cost of S project of JG Company.Firstly,by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature on real estate project cost management,the theoretical and practical development of project cost management at home and abroad was summarized.Then the development of JG company and the related situation of S project were briefly described,including JG company's organizational structure,project cost management status quo,existing problems and causes of the problem are analyzed in depth.Secondly,aiming at the problems and causes of project cost control in JG company,a cost control method based on target cost was put forward.Finally,in order to implement the target cost management method,some safeguard measures were provided,such as the cultivation of cost management thought,the construction of cost management organization and system,the cost assessment mechanism,the dynamic management and monitoring of cost,the change of site design visa and so on.Through the research of this paper,hoping to change the idea of project cost control for JG company in the era of low profit,the target cost management method was introduced,and the attention and understanding of the whole staff of the company to the project cost was improved,then the cost expenditure was reduced,laying a solid management foundation for the future development of the company,and ideas and solutions was reduced for the cost management and development of JG company.
