Research On Effectiveness Evaluation Of Self-management Team In Aerospace Enterprises

As a mode of modern enterprise management,independent management changes from one-way management to two-way interaction through full authorization and people-oriented incentive,fully arousing the enthusiasm of team members.With the implementation of team system in the space enterprise,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the space enterprise's self-management team and evaluate the effectiveness of its self-management team is an important practical problem to be solved.As a typical representative of China's high-tech industry,the promotion of the effectiveness evaluation of space enterprises' self-management team plays an important role in improving the level of enterprise management,the development of high-tech industry and the growth of national economy.Based on the literature and relevant theories of self-management teams at home and abroad,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of self-management teams in aerospace enterprises,and evaluates the effectiveness of self-management teams in the 5th institute of aerospace science and technology.The results show that the effectiveness of self-management teams in aerospace enterprises needs to be improved,and the advantages of self-management teams are not fully played.As a domestic high-tech industry,self-management teams of aerospace enterprises strictly control product quality and safety.However,the infrastructure of self-management teams in aerospace enterprises is insufficient,and the implementation of relevant regulations and rules is weak.Self-management team has weak cost organization and coordination,and poor team construction;The poor self-management of the team inhibits the innovation ability of the team to some extent,resulting in the mediocre achievement of the team's goals.In order to further improve the operational efficiency of space enterprises,the effectiveness evaluation of self-management team should be taken seriously.First of all,the significance of self-management team evaluation should be fully understood.It should be clear that self-management team evaluation can control the operation status of the team in an overall way,form a valueorientation for the space enterprises,and enhance the comprehensive strength of the space enterprises.Secondly,do a good job in self-management team effectiveness evaluation,attach great importance to self-management team evaluation of aerospace enterprises,and carefully score the self-management team of aerospace enterprises.Finally,the results of self-management team effectiveness evaluation are applied reasonably.The results of effectiveness evaluation of self-management team in aerospace enterprises are rationally viewed and applied to diagnose the work effect of self-management team in aerospace enterprises and regulate the work process of self-management team in aerospace enterprises.
