| With rapid urbanization,rural areas are undergoing a process of economic and social development.Land use transformation and rural transformation are important characteristics of rural regional evolution.How to stimulate the vitality of rural development,promote the orderly transformation of rural areas,reshape rural values,and grasp the law of rural development has important practical significance.As a spatial projection of rural economic and social changes,land use is closely related to rural development.Optimized allocation of land use is an important way to solve the problem of rural transformation and development.In view of this,this paper takes the theme of rural transformation and land use transformation as the theme,analyzes the interaction mechanism between land use change and rural development,and has important reference for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Taking the research on the correlation between rural transformation and land use transformation as the theme,the research line along the "theoretical framework-transformation process-interaction-pattern refinement-path selection".Adopt the combination of theory and empirical research,qualitative and quantitative research methods,reveal the evolution law of rural transition in large cities and suburbs at different time scales,analyze the transmission mechanism of rural land use transition,evaluate simulated land allocation methods and paths,optimize rural development paths,Concluded as follow.Since 2000,the socio-economic shape and regional space shape of Zijing Village have continued to transform.The transformation process has successively experienced an initial stage and a development stage,and is currently in a stable stage.Althoughthe rural development pattern has continued to improve,the growth rate has different performances at different stages,and has generally increased first and then declined.Rural space patterns,non-agricultural employment,per capita income and other factors all showed an upward trend and then a downward trend from 2000 to 2018,while the farmer’s management methods and village collective income status gradually increased during the study period.The rapid rural transformation of Zijing Village is the result of a combination of endogenous dynamics such as external market demand,regional macro policies,and other external conditions that guide the flow of production factors and the optimal allocation of resources,location conditions,the organizational capacity of management entities,and cultural characteristics.The land use in Zijing Village has continued to transform,and the actual growth rate has gradually accelerated.The overall process of transformation lags behind the economic and social development process.The change in the amount of land use shows that production land,such as cultivated land,has continued to decline,and land for housing and tourism services has continued to increase.The main part of the forest land has declined first and then increased due to the development of the bamboo flute industry.The hidden forms such as land management methods are characterized by diversification and compounding,and land use benefits gradually increase with the process of industrial non-agriculturalization.It can be predicted that land use will be diversified and complex in the future.The degree of correlation between rural transformation and land use transformation is strong,and the correlation degree of each element in the system is different.The degree of correlation between economic transformation and dominant land use change is high,but the effect on recessive shape is not strong.Rural transformation and land use transformation are the result of periodic and cyclical effects.The state of rural development and the state of land use adaptation at different stages are different.External forces and interaction and coordination determine the direction of rural development.The overall land use transformation process lags behind the rural economic and social development process.Land plays a two-way role in rural development.On the one hand,as an important factor in rural development,the land use structure and utilization efficiency are constantly changing to promote the continuous development of the countryside;on the other hand,the economy is too fast.The development guides the transformation of land to a type with high economic benefits,which is fed back to the land use management system.The management system formulates strategies to control the rate of non-agricultural development and slows down the rural economic development.Aiming at the coordination of rural development status and land use patterns at different stages,the rural development path options are proposed in different periods.I believe that the initial stage should optimize the allocation of land use patterns,ensure the use of major infrastructure land,increase the population and industry agglomeration effects,and avoid economic development from disturbing the ecological environment;in the development stage,increase the scale of construction land appropriately,use engineering and technical measures to improve the land environment,and promote land use Benefits increase;in the stable stage,the economic development mode should be changed to promote the further transformation of the industrial structure,implement ecological restoration of the village,comprehensively improve the village environment,and prepare for the new round of rural transformation.Through deductive analysis of theoretical logic and empirical analysis of the transformation process of rural transformation and land use in combination with typical cases,clarify the interaction mechanism between rural development and internal and external driving forces of land use,study the degree of correlation between the two periods,and provide path choices for rural development.Dealing with the relationship between farmers and land,rural rejuvenation,and land supply will have important guiding significance for the scientific path of rural land use transformation at different time scales. |
