With the rapid development of the Internet,China's online transaction volume is increasing year by year,and its transaction scale is also growing rapidly.According to relevant data,China's e-commerce transactions totaled more than 31.6 trillion yuan in2018,up 8.5 percent from 2017.Among them,the transaction volume of B2 C e-commerce accounts for a large part,which is also in the trend of rapid growth.However,with the rapid development of B2 C e-commerce in China,some B2 C e-commerce enterprises have some deficiencies in cost control.B2 C e-commerce enterprises have to compete with competitors and their own costs.How to adopt the appropriate cost control method,reduce the cost of B2 C e-commerce enterprises,improve the profits and profitability of B2 C e-commerce enterprises,B2 C e-commerce enterprises are facing a major problem.Papers in B2 C e-commerce enterprise of SN company for case study,using literature research,case analysis,data analysis and other methods,based on the analysis of 2014-2018 SN company related to the operating conditions,analysis of purchasing cost,cost of sales,management,research and development costs,logistics costs,such as the change of the cost,and comparing the B2 C e-commerce enterprise jingdong,amazon,found the shortage of the SN company cost control,control consciousness is not strong;High purchase cost;Cost of sales growth faster than revenue growth;Relatively low r & d costs;High labor cost and high turnover;The return rate is high,the self-built logistics utilization rate is low;The storage scale is constantly expanding,and the handling and handling efficiency is not high.After that,some Suggestions for improvement are proposed for SN company's reference.Specific measures include establishing a correct awareness of cost control.Strengthen the cooperation with suppliers,timely purchase;Control cost of sales;Increase r&d investment;Attach importance to information construction;Pay attention to talent introduction,reduce the rate of talent turnover;Control logistics cost;Find their own positioning,to avoid blind expansion.Finally,the case analysis is summarized and prospected,the deficiencies of cost control and improvement Suggestions of SN company are summarized,and the research on cost control of B2 C e-commerce enterprises is prospected.
