In recent years,facing the pressure of GDP slowdown and economic downtrend,competition between traditional manufacturing enterprises in China has been increasing under the impact of "Internet plus" and big data.With the gradual loss of labor comparative advantage,the cost advantage of enterprises is increasingly weakened.Especially as the traditional manufacturing industry in China,the clothing industry is facing more obvious difficulties.In the early stage of high-speed growth,domestic garment enterprises adopted the extensive development mode focusing on the expansion of extended channels.At present,there are problems such as slow growth,lower profits,overstock of inventory,etc.the whole garment manufacturing industry is struggling,forcing garment enterprises to seek transformation.Therefore,it is very important for garment manufacturing industry to strengthen its cost management.Due to the limitations of traditional cost management methods,this paper discusses the cost management of clothing manufacturing enterprises under the new business model from the perspective of value chain.This paper starts from the theoretical research,combined with the c2 m business model of Kute intelligence,makes an in-depth discussion on its value chain cost management.This paper introduces the value chain cost management theory and business model theory,and then analyzes the cost management in the value chain activities of Kute intelligence from R&D,procurement,production,warehousing and logistics to sales combined with the characteristics of c2 m new business model and private customization enterprises.Secondly,through a series of financial analysis to explore the effect of cost management of Kute intelligent value chain.Finally,the conclusion is drawn,which can provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises in the transition period.
