In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,China's e-commerce has developed rapidly..At the same time,China's economic development has entered a“new normal”,domestic commercial banks' profits have declined,growth has slowed down,and the control over cost and expenditure has become increasingly urgent.In the procurement process,commercial banks urgently need to integrate Internet technology and reform the traditional procurement model to achieve the goal of saving procurement costs,improving work efficiency and improving overall competitiveness.The Agricultural Bank of China took the lead in launching the e-commerce procurement model in the industry,effectively solving the pain points in the traditional procurement of banks,but encountered many problems in the process of promoting the e-commerce procurement model.Studying the optimization strategy of e-commerce procurement mode of domestic commercial banks will help to improve the efficiency of procurement work and better serve the development strategy of commercial banks.This study uses the example of the Agricultural Bank of China Q Branch to analyze the problems faced by the e-commerce procurement model and propose countermeasures for optimization.First,summarize the purpose and significance of the research,summarize the research trends at home and abroad,and clarify the content of the research and the main problems to be solved.Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes theories related to supply chain and procurement management,and interprets supply chain,supply chain management,procurement management and agricultural bank procurement management mode.Thirdly,with the example of Q Branch,analyze the current situation of the e-commerce procurement management of the Agricultural Bank,find out the existing problems and analyze the causes.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the optimization of the e-commerce procurement model of the Agricultural Bank.Through the research on the centralized procurement of the General Mall,which hasbeen put into operation by the Agricultural Bank,the e-commerce procurement model of the Agricultural Bank of Q Branch has problems such as commodity distribution and service separation,narrow service content,commodity management is not in place,emergency preparedness is insufficient,and offline service experience is insufficient.These issues reflect the need for e-commerce platform to optimize in terms of enterprise positioning,internal management,operational mode and professional service capabilities.In order to further optimize the e-commerce procurement management of commercial banks,it is recommended to proceed through the following aspects:In terms of banks,we should improve the system construction,establish sporadic procurement management methods,positive incentive mechanisms,use evaluation mechanisms,commodity classification review mechanisms,and bargaining mechanisms.For e-commerce companies,they should improve their professional service capabilities,do offline service experience,expand commodity inventory,shorten customization cycles,and expand service content.Both banks and e-commerce companies: to transform management concepts,take supply chain thinking as the guide,and establish a comprehensive strategic partnership.
