Research On Scientific And Technological Support Of Labor Force Replacement Under The Aging Of Rural Population

In this paper,a stochastic frontier transcendental logarithmic production function model and production inefficiency equation are constructed,and maximum likelihood parameter regression is performed.According to the calculated output elasticity and marginal output of agricultural capital and labor force,the paper analysis of the reasons for the significant effect of agricultural capital and agricultural labor force Economic conversion in materialization of agricultural technology.According to the calculated substitution elasticity of agricultural capital and labor force,the paper expounds that the substitution effect of sustainable development of factors is the essence of diminishing returns to scale of agricultural capital and labor force.Total Factor Productivity ?TFP and the analysis of the nature of the model show that the progress of agricultural technology and the improvement of agricultural technology efficiency provide impetus in the process of rural labor force replacement.In this way,the relationship between rural labor force and agricultural science and technology is studied concretely.Then,according to the empirical research results of the inefficiency equation of production and the nature of the model,from the aspects of agricultural technology,rural talent skills,rural population aging and agricultural technology extension,this paper analyses the influencing factors of the current rural labor force succession,and then determines the relevant responsibility subjects(organizations)involved in the construction of agricultural science and technology support system according to the influencing factors,and at the same time,based on the new public service.With the theory of public policy,the government is included in the relevant responsibility subjects of the influencing factors of rural labor force succession and its role is analyzed,then the role and internal relationship of the responsibility subjects are analyzed.Finally,based on the theory of agricultural science and technology support,we construct a scientific and technological support system for the replacement of rural labor force,which includes agricultural science and technology innovation system,agricultural technology extension system,agricultural science and technology personnel training system,agricultural technology feedback system and agricultural policy control system.At the same time,in order to ensure the effectiveoperation of the system,some policy suggestions are put forward,such as further improving the agricultural technology level,optimizing the modern agricultural technology extension system,constructing the training system of modern agricultural science and technology talents,accelerating the construction of agricultural science and technology service of rural informatization,and strengthening the macro-control of government policies.
