In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce,China's express industry has also ushered in a period of rapid development,social attention is also soaring,industry competition is increasingly fierce,and employees become the most important competitive core.According to the current work situation of the basic level staff in the express industry in China,it can be found that the current domestic express basic level work exposed problems such as long working hours,high intensity,excessive fines,low income,no insurance,lack of labor contracts and disrespect.The large and unstable employee mobility of express enterprises has always been the most prominent problem in the express industry.Previous studies have shown that there is a direct correlation between staff satisfaction and staff turnover rate.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the staff satisfaction,explore and discuss the influencing factors,take active and effective measures to improve the staff satisfaction of express enterprises,so that express enterprises can retain talents and give full play to them.The role of talents,to promote the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,is conducive to the long-term competitive advantage of enterprises.This paper selects Zhoushan express industry as the research object,collects relevant information through questionnaire survey and interview survey,understands the job satisfaction of the basic level staff in Zhoushan express industry,analyzes the influencing factors of the staff satisfaction through the analysis of the survey data,summarizes the constituent factors,and based on this,analyzes the satisfaction of the basic level staff in the express industry And the influencing factors were discussed to improve and optimize the job satisfaction of the basic level staff in the express industry.First of all,the paper introduces the significance and purpose of the research,summarizes the main research methods,overall ideas and framework of the paper,and on this basis,sorts out and comments on the relevant research literature and materials about employee satisfaction and express delivery industry,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research,and studies the theory of employee motivation and satisfaction Domestic and foreign literature on employee satisfaction,as well as domestic and foreign literature review on employee satisfaction.Then according to the previous research on the characteristics of Zhoushan express company,the characteristics of the express industry,the self-owned characteristics of Zhoushan express company,and the characteristics of Zhoushan express company employees are analyzed.On the basis of fully understanding the relevant situation of Zhoushan express industry,this paper expounds the current situation and main problems of the development of Zhoushan express enterprises,and conducts a survey on the employee satisfaction of the express industry,analyzes the data and information collected by the questionnaire survey,summarizes the influencing factors of the employee satisfaction,and finally summarizes the research content of the paper,and provides a reference for theemployees of Zhoushan express company Make suggestions on how to improve the satisfaction degree,and look forward to the practice of employee satisfaction degree in the future.
