As the domestic economy recovered and purchasing power of consumers increased, especially the domestic e-commerce developed rapidly in recent years, the express delivery industry is developing rapidly.Delivery staff are the soul, creators of services in express delivery industry, the culture carriers and fame disseminators of express delivery enterprises. After investigation, the author understands that most of the delivery staff are laid-off workers and rural migrant workers in cities with low educational background in the express delivery industry in Nanjing. At the same time, many graduates in universities in Nanjing cannot find jobs.
