In the field of work design,job craft is a very important issue,where scholars focus on recent years.A large number of studies have shown that employees who had job craft feel higher significance,with high work engagement,continuous organizational commitment and high performance,to make more proactive behavior.In uncertain and increasingly dynamic business environment,work content of the diversification and complication of asking employees to actively change roles.It also need employees initiatively changeing their work content,to undertake challenging tasks and build the network relation,which can bring competitive advantage for the organization's sustainable development.In this background,the research of which influences job craft and how to influence it,has important theoretical and practical significance.Individual network centrality refers to the individual who has a contact to the others about the job information,which is important in the social network analysis as the structure of the index.There is a large number of studies have shown that social interaction is a basic factor to job craft,"relationship" and job resource are the premise of job craft.How the individual network centrality influence on job craft,still need us to research in the further research.First,this study summarized and comb the literature,analyzes the job craft,individual network centrality,job autonomy and organization based self-esteem.Based on the role theory,this study builds the model which considers the organization based self-esteem as an moderate variable,network contact's job autonomy as the mediate variable,to analyze the impact mechanism of individual network centrality on employee job craft and proposes the corresponding assumptions;Then,through questionnaire survey,this paper collected data,using SPSS 22.0,AMOS 22.0 to analyze data and verify the hypothesis.Finally,on the basis of the results,we put forward suggestions on how to improve job craft by high individual network centrality.The results show that:(1)employee network centrality can significantly affects the employee's job craft;(2)employee network centrality promotes employees' organization-based self-esteem and then promotes the employee's job craft;(3)employee network contacts' job autonomy has a significantly positive effect on employee's job craft;(4)employee network contacts' job autonomy plays a important role on the employee's job craft,namely,greater employee's network contacts autonomy,individual network centrality has more important effect on job craft by promoting the employee's organization-based self-esteem.The mechanism of diversified management has important practical value for organizations.
