The knowledge economy era with the progress of science and technology constantly, the ICT industry bring up permeated every aspect of people’s life and production, and make a big difference of the people’s life.At the same time, the Information Technology (IT) and the Communications Technology (CT) in the developing constantly fusion formed the new ICT industry, its mainly rely on knowledge creation value. ICT industry technology using the characteristics of the cycle is short, fast update to master the knowledge and information carrier is more dependent on knowledge-based employees, and became the core of the competitors cannot imitate resources.ICT enterprise knowledge-based employees’ professional loyalty is higher than that of group loyalty, achievement motivation is higher, more urgent demand for personal self-worth, its sensitivity in the organizational environment for organization based self-esteem.Knowledge-based employees the organization based self-esteem, that is, in its organizational environment perception of a judge, the value of the self will directly or indirectly impact on employee attitudes, which affects the level of engagement.Therefore, knowledge workers based on the organization’s self-esteem and ICT enterprises is discussed in this paper the present situation of the engagement, in the variable level organization based self-esteem how to affect employee engagement, and based on the organization’s self-esteem and the causal relationship between employee engagement, according to the results, starting from point problem put forward a reasonable management suggestion is objective and the necessary measures.This study of the ICT industry enterprise knowledge-based employees was based on organizational self-esteem a micro perspective, exploring based on the organization of the specific relationship between self-esteem and engagement. Based on sum up of research literature, in combination with the reality of our country culture background, the design of survey questionnaires and use SPSS software for small sample data of questionnaire measurement scale reliability and validity test, to adjust the final research scale;Use measuring scale of ICT enterprise knowledge staff, the questionnaire survey to verify the ICT industry enterprise knowledge staff organization based self-esteem in the ICT industry in our country under the background of structure dimension and the vitality of employee engagement, dedication, focus on three dimensions;On this basis based on previous about organization based self-esteem (OBSE) and related research to build employee engagement structural equation model, based on organization staff self-esteem structure dimensions correspond to the dimensions of the influence of the relationship between engagement hypothesis and verification, and finally it is concluded that the relationship between them. By using SPSS statistical software and LISERL software measurement data for statistical analysis and calculation data:(1) culture under the background of ICT industry in our country enterprise knowledge staff can be based on the organization’s overall self-esteem level, but the mean engagement level is relatively low, is clearly not professional, there are a lot need to increase space;(2) personal characteristics and background of ICT enterprise knowledge staffs self-esteem and engagement based on organizational part dimensions have significant difference;(3) under the background of ICT in our country enterprise knowledge staff organization based self-esteem includes two dimensions of pride and sense of worth, vigor, dedication, focus, dimension of engagement also verified;(4) through the organization based self-esteem and engagement between the various dimensions of structural equation model validation results show that the dimension and engagement based on organizational pride pride no obvious positive influence on relationship between dynamic dimensions, and dimension of pride and commitment, focus, dimensions have a positive impact on between relations, consistent with the hypothesis.Based on the organization’s self-esteem perceived value dimension and engagement has positive influence relations between three dimensions, assuming that verified.The innovation of this study mainly include:(1) the research content of innovation.On the basis of China’s cultural background, to explore and validate the ICT industry enterprise knowledge workers based on organizational dimension on its structure including a sense of pride and sense of worth;And starting from the psychological point of view of knowledge staff individual level, organization based self-esteem and potential causal relationship between employee engagement, organization based self-esteem and engagement the causal relationship between latent variables structural equation model, and using LISREL software to research hypothesis of the proposed model is verified.(2) the research measurement scale for innovation.This study combines the new ICT and the rapid development of the industry enterprises, among them the knowledge staff as the research object, combined with previous scholars about self-esteem and employee engagement survey based on the organization scale, practical application of small sample data verification, eventually determine the scale of the actual measuring, for later scholars to provide empirical reference for the measuring of the related content.By empirical data research, this study from based on organizational perspective dimension on a sense of pride and sense of worth of the ICT industry enterprise knowledge staff research results are:(1) attaches great importance to the employees’ psychological capital introduction of people-oriented management mechanism;(2) create a good organizational culture atmosphere;(3) the job design is reasonably made and the provide a challenging and creative work;(4) establish a scientific mechanism of staff training and development;(5) the scientific career management;(6) to implement rich, fair salary welfare system, such as management advice, promotion enterprise’s knowledge staff engagement for the ICT industry provide a certain theoretical basis for reference.
