Now,with the increasing competition and high-tech innovation,there have been a phenomenon of employee silence in the enterprises,which means that it will affect the quality of leadership decision-making.If the quality of decision-making is fail,the risk of business operations can be in trouble.Studies have shown that abusive supervision is an important situational factor that positively affects employee silence behavior,but studies silence that how abusive supervision affect different dimensions of employee silence is relatively scarce,so this research direction has a corresponding value.This paper focuses on the study of the relationship between abusive supervision and different dimensions of employee silence.On the basis of COR theory,the paper explore job security on the relationship between abusive supervision and different dimensions of employee silence and the influence of abusive supervision on employee's job security under the influence of superior and subordinate relationship is studied.405 data were obtained by issuing the questionnaire,and the data were explored and analyzed by regression analysis.The results are as follows: firstly,this research model confirms that the leader of the abusive style significantly stimulates the silence of employees and their different dimensions of silence,including abusive supervision has an effect on different dimensions of employees silence;there is a positive correlation between abusive supervision and employee silence;abusive supervision is positively correlated with acquiescence silence;abusive supervision is positively correlated with defensive silence;abusive supervision is positively correlated with pro-social silence.Secondly,job security plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between abusive supervision and its each dimensions of acquiesce,defensive and prosocial silence,specifically as follows: job security plays a partial mediated role between abusive supervision and employees acquiescence silence;job security plays a partial mediated role between abusive supervision and employees defensive silence;job security plays a fully mediated role between abusive supervision and employees prosocial silence.In addition,supervisor-subordinate guanxi can adjust abusive supervision influence on job security.The negative effects of abusive supervisionon employees' sense of job security are strengthened under the condition of low-quality superior and subordinate guanxi,and the negative influence of abusive supervision on employee's sense of job security is weakened under high-quality superior and subordinate guanxi.Through the conclusion of this study,on one hand,the study refines the research path of affecting employee 's silence behavior in different dimensions,and on the other hand,it also provides reference for reducing the abusive supervision of leaders,improving the relationship between the upper and lower levels,promoting the job safety of employees and reducing employee' s silence.
