At present,China's economy has entered a period of transformation,from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.With the development of economic transformation,China has entered the era of service internationalization.Education and training,as an important part of the service industry,has become a hot spot in the service market and a hot spot in investment and entrepreneurship.Under this opportunity,a large number of private enterprises have entered the training market,and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Only by constantly adjusting the business strategy and strengthening the internal organization and management,can enterprises better adapt to the complex and changeable market environment and seek the way out for survival and development.Practice has proved that organizational structure reform is an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives and sustainable and healthy development.Based on the actual operation of ZR training school,through data query,literature research,questionnaire survey,face-to-face interview and other methods,this paper diagnoses and analyzes the organizational management problems of ZR training school,and determines that the main problem is that the current organizational structure of the enterprise does not match the strategy,which can not effectively support the realization of strategic objectives.How to adjust the organizational structure,explore practical and effective optimization path,in order to better match the current enterprise development strategy requirements,is the current enterprise urgent problem to be solved.ZR Training School is a typical private small and medium-sized enterprise,which has the characteristics of single business scope and quick market response ability.At the same time,in the process of development,entrepreneurs pay more attention to the market direction and business development,often ignoring the importance of internal organizational structure.This paper takes ZR Training School as the research object,according to its strategic objectives,development scale and business development,discusses the organizational structure optimization and adjustment scheme of the enterprise.The specific steps are as follows: first,it summarizes the current development trend of small and medium-sized training institutions under the background of economic transformation,and emphasizes the importance of organizational structure for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.From the theoretical and practical aspects,this paper explains the significance of this study,summarizes the research methods used in this paper,and constructs the framework of this study.Secondly,by summarizing the theory of organizational structure and the theory of organizational structure change,this paper describes the development of relevant theories of organizational structure,and clarifies the constituent elements,structural types,influencing factors and change models of organizational structure,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this paper.Thirdly,this paper objectively introduces the development process and operation status of ZR Training School.Focusing on the organizational structure,combined with the problems in its development,such as low operating efficiency,poor communication between departments,high operating costs,the reasons are summarized as unreasonable organizational structure.According to the specific problems traced,in-depth analysis.Fourthly,design the optimization and adjustment scheme,and put forward the organizational structure adjustment and optimization scheme based on the organizational structure of ZR Training School,integrating the influencing factors of organizational structure change,such as organizational strategic objectives,enterprise scale,internal and external environment,etc.Fifthly,combined with the optimization and adjustment scheme,we should make a good implementation plan,build a management and control system,and put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the scheme.Finally,the conclusion of this study is given,and the advantages,disadvantages and future prospects are pointed out.This study enriches the case study of organizational structure optimization theory of small and medium-sized enterprises in China theoretically,and supplements the lack of theoretical research on organizational structure of private small and medium-sized enterprises to a certain extent.From the practical level,the organizational structure optimization and adjustment scheme discussed in this paper provides practical support for the application of organizational structure change theory in private small and medium-sized education and training institutions,and can provide practical research direction for similar scale and similar type enterprises,which has a certain reference significance.
