A Study On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In L Town Of Zhangjiakou From The Perspective Of New Public Administration

With the time of building a well-off society in an all-round way getting closer and closer,the gap between urban and rural development is becoming smaller and smaller.It is a must for grass-roots governments to win the battle of poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is particularly important to systematically analyze the real reasons for the slow progress of targeted poverty alleviation and put forward targeted countermeasures.On China's socialist road,social equity is the inevitable requirement of the grass-roots government,and citizen participation and government's positive response are also the inevitable trend of further poverty alleviation.Targeted poverty alleviation is a major measure for all people to share the fruits of reform and development and achieve common prosperity.From the perspective of new public administration,the study of targeted poverty alleviation has not only positive theoretical significance,but also important practical significance.From the perspective of new public administration,this paper comprehensively uses literature research,comparative analysis,interdisciplinary research and other analytical methods to conduct in-depth research on targeted poverty alleviation of L town government.First of all,this paper describes the current situation of L town that the ecological environment restricts the economic development,the village infrastructure is weak,the quality of personnel is low,and the mobility is large,and puts forward three problems: the problem of resource balance in the work of targeted poverty alleviation needs to be optimized,the problem of administrative democracy in the work of targeted poverty alleviation needs to be deepened,and the problem of public participation needs to be improved.Secondly,this paper analyzes the imbalance of urban and rural development It leads to the imbalance of resources in the targeted poverty alleviation work;the inequality of public services leads to the problems of democratic administration in the targeted poverty alleviation work;the weakening of the concept of social mass participation leads to the problems of low public participation in the targeted poverty alleviation work;finally,it puts forward that social equity promotes the sharing of resources to promote the revitalization of rural areas,democratic administration promotes the equalization of basic public services,and improves the participation of the masses And help the public to participate in targeted poverty alleviation,and then effectively solve the problem of targeted poverty alleviation and other countermeasures and suggestions.
