Research On Lean Production Application Of XCMG Brazil Manufacturing Co.,LTD

Production management mode determines the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the increasing diversity of customer demand,most of China's manufacturing enterprises have adopted the production mode of "multi variety,small batch".At present,the market of construction machinery is in the situation of increasingly fierce competition,supply is more than demand.In order to deal with this situation,lean production mode is gradually promoted in China.This paper takes XCMG Brazil Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “XCMG Brazil manufacturing”)as the research object.In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency,reduce production costs,reduce waste,and meet the diversified and personalized needs of the sales market flexibly,lean production mode is studied.First of all,it combs the domestic and foreign literature about the concept and application of lean production,the origin and development of lean production,the significance and principle of lean production,the content of lean production and related tools and other related theories.Secondly,according to the current situation of XCMG's manufacturing and production management in Brazil,this paper analyzes the existing problems of XCMG's manufacturing and production management in Brazil,so as to introduce the necessity and feasibility of lean production into the company.Thirdly,combining with the serious waste,high production cost,low production efficiency and low 5S management level existing in XCMG Brazil manufacturing management,this paper designs the lean production plan in line with XCMG Brazil manufacturing,so as to improve the company's production efficiency,reduce waste and save costs.Finally,from the organization of manufacturing operation,information management,lean production culture construction,lean production talent cultivation and other aspects of XCMG Brazil,this paper analyzes the guarantee measures for the implementation of lean production program,to ensure that the company is more smooth in theimplementation of specific programs.In addition,the limitations and future research directions of this paper are pointed out.
